will you be watching?

the royal wedding, of course. i'm not doing a big huge girls' night or anything, but i am going to make scones and drink english breakfast tea (after i've had my coffee :)). i may do a fb watching party with a friend. i'm definitely not getting up at 4 in the morning. i'll be dvring. (yay for fast forwarding through commercials!) and i think i'm going to let my daughter come downstairs early we can watch some of it together.

i'm not a huge fashion person. i mean, i pay attention to what's going on, but it's not a passion of mine. but, i LOVE fashion designers' sketches. LOVE them. i would frame some of them. have you seen any of the sketches of the dress? not the real one, of course. the sketches of what designers either think she'll wear or what they would design for her if they could design it themselves.
